Refunds 

Since all PLASTICLOVE merchandise is of high demand, all sales are final when submitting an order. Please make sure to check your entire order before placing, it cannot be modified once submitted. Allow time to check product sizing, colour of product, shipping address, customer information, and billing address.

You may only wish to try and exchange or refund an item if it has a MAJOR fault. This is when the product is either different to what has been displayed or depicted on the website, or does not function the way stated. All requests will be reviewed and assessed for either exchange or refund. PLASTICLOVE double checks the quality of all orders that go out, so only serious requests will be attended to.

Please note that all PLASTICLOVE items are pre-made, meaning all items only have a certain quantity that can be purchased. If an exchange can't be made due to there being no stock left, once the problem has been assessed, PLASTICLOVE will have no issue in refunding the cost of the order back to the customer.

 

Simply changing your mind will not be a valid excuse for refund or exchange. Please read your order carefully before placing it.

All items must be in unworn condition and look exactly how you received it in order to be eligible for refund or exchange.

Any import duties and fees, taxes and other charges that are paid by the customer are non refundable by PLASTICLOVE in the event of a refund or exchange.

Customers take full responsibility of the costs involved to ship the order back for refund or exchange.

All refund and exchange requests must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order. If the request falls outside of this period, it won't be accepted.

If your request is accepted, then PLASTICLOVE will give you instructions via email on how to complete the process. 

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped through Australia Post.

All Australian-Wide orders will be handled within 24-48 hours of being placed. PLASTICLOVE offers standard and express options at checkout for all domestic orders.

Orders placed on weekends will be handled the next working day. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible.

 

Tracking numbers will be sent via email as soon as an order has been processed and shipped off. If you placed an order and did not receive a tracking number, contact customerserviceplasticlove@outlook.com

International Shipping

 

All international orders are shipped through Australia Post.

 

Products are only shipped to certain international countries at this point in time. These international countries are as followed; United States, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and Ireland.

More international countries will be added as PLASTICLOVE grows.

Please understand that international shipping requires a longer time frame in order to ship and will be more expensive. Refer to shipping instructions at the checkout for estimated delivery times and prices, depending on where you are located. PLASTICLOVE ensures all international orders will also be handled within 24-48 hours of being placed.

All international deliveries may be subject to import duties and fees, taxes and other charges. These are all the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these charges, they must be paid by yourself in order for you to receive your package and have it clear through customs.

 

PLASTICLOVE is not responsible for any of these charges. If you refuse to pay these additional fees, your package will be sent back and you will be refunded the cost of your order, minus any extra shipping charges incurred by PLASTICLOVE from the carrier.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments

PLASTICLOVE is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Any issues that arise must be sorted out between the buyer and the carrier as there is no eyes on the package once they have been shipped off.
